About Me

I’m a recent graduate of the Mechatronics Engineering program at the University of Waterloo with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence. I love learning new skills, and building cool stuff in both hardware and software.

During my final year, my friends and I did our Capstone project together, creating a system to make it easier for drivers to find parking, while at the same time giving parking lot owners the tools to monitor parking lot usage. Here is a link to the project!

In my spare time, I like to play computer games with friends, play guitar, listen to music, and spend time with family. Some of my favourite computer games include: Counter Strike Global Offensive, Team Fortress 2, Life is Strange, Bioshock Infinite, Saint's Row the Third, and Saints Row IV. Some of my favourite artists and bands include Green Day, Illenium, Ed Sheeran, and Against the Current.

Staying healthy is important. In high school, I was on the Cross Country, Swim, and Track and Field Teams. In university I continue to try to stay active by swimming in the UW pool, and using the workout facilities in the athletic complex. Outside of school, I practice Karate and have attained my Black Belt.

I love to travel. I have been to many places with family and friends, including Canmore, Alberta; San Diego, California; Cape Canaveral and Orlando, Florida; Pikes Peak, Colorado; Moncton, New Brunswick; Kelowna, British Columbia, and a number of islands throughout the Caribbean. I find travelling is an incredible opportunity to explore new sights, and relax with friends and family. In the summer of my Grade 12 year, I was fortunate to see a Delta IV Medium launch out of Cape Canaveral!
